Timeline & batching
We batch monthly. Starter package ships within 30 days, quarterly across 90; other plans follow cadence.
Revisions
The production of client gifts is streamlined. We read the briefing thoroughly, then do research and get inspired by what we find about your client online. We give updates and when you see something you don't like, please let us know. We don't wait on approval though, to not slow the process down. Most of our clients trust the artist ;-)
Shipping & delivery
We ship to you; you deliver and film the moment. All prices include shipping to one address (exceptions may apply).
Wearability
Singles are display pieces. Pairs are built to be worn. Every pair is finished with a protective coating and water-resistant spray. Take care of them and they will last like factory shoes. (We advise not to play soccer with them)
Usage rights
You can film and repost, you can also use all the media we provide of the creation process. We may feature work unless you opt out in writing.
Can the custom product be returned/exchanged
If a gift arrives damaged, we’ll repair or replace it, just send photos within 48 hours.
