If you plan to send us your pair of sneakers, please ensure that they are new/rarely used. You can ship the pair to our address. For rarely used sneakers, please make sure that they are dry cleaned and are dirt-free and odour-free.

We do not work on used worn out pairs as the loosened material of sneakers does not hold artwork efficiently.  In case you’re purchasing a new pair, use our address for delivery so it directly gets delivered to us.

The custom artwork on sneakers is water resistant and made to last. The materials and techniques used for creating the artwork ensure its durability. The artwork will not peel off or crack and with good care, should last the life of sneakers. Please expect normal wear and tear as with any sneaker upon usage.

Yes, the artwork is waterproof. We coat our sneakers with a waterproof finisher to ensure that. 

Your custom sneakers are legit pieces of art! They are not meant for regular use. So, a little TLC will make sure they stay as good as new for long. 

Store your sneakers in a shoe bag or sneaker crate when not in use. Post wear, clean them with a damp cloth. Give them a thorough clean once a while, with sneaker cleaning kit or just water. Do not scrub hard on the painted part.

For added protection, invest in crease guards to prevent wrinkles in the front part. Sneaker care products like wipes, dirt repellant sprays, sole guards can be used. Avoid harsh conditions like severe heat and heavy rain.

Your custom creation takes 3-4 weeks from order placement to completion, adhering to the best global practices and meticulous attention to detail.

We’ll let you know the estimated timeline when you place your order. In case you need an urgent delivery by a specific date, do let us know while placing your order.

Given the bespoke nature of our creations, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges unless there is a defect. Rest assured; we are committed to resolving any concerns you might have with your custom piece. Please be certain of your sneaker size before you place an order.
